(c) acquisition or disposition of lands (being to discuss the acquisition of lands in the Municipality);

 

(d) labour relations or employee negotiations (being to discuss a grievance dismissed by CUPE Local 1813-11; being to discuss employee hiring);

 

(f) advice subject to solicitor-client privilege (being to receive legal advice from the municipal solicitor).
