Be it resolved that the Council of the Municipality of Magnetawan accepts the Agenda to review applications for the job of Fire Chief/By-law Enforcement Officer.

Resolution No. 2011-125

Be it resolved that the Council of the Municipality of Magnetawan now enters a
Closed Session pursuant to Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001,
Chapter 25 to consider;

One (1) item on Personnel Matters about an identifiable individual,
Including Municipal or local board employees;

Be it resolved that the Council of the Municipality of Magnetawan will advertise for the position of “Clerk-Administrator” in the North Bay Nugget and the Huntsville Newspapers for the weeks of March 28th and April 4th, 2011.
