Be it resolved that the Council of the Municipality of Magnetawan adopts the agenda for this special meeting for the purpose of holding a public meeting under section 34 of the Planning Act of Ontario to allow the public to receive information, ask questions and comment on an application for a proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning By-Law no. 2001-26 of the Municipality of Magnetawan with respect to lot 4 and 5 in concession 1 and 2 of former Township of Croft in the Municipality of Magnetawan. (re: rezoning 3 lots from a rural zone to shoreline residential) Carried.
