Conflict of Interest Declaration: Councillor Crossman declared conflict on cheque # 7683 payable to his brother for fuel servicing the municipality.  ______________________________________________________________

adopts the agenda for this regular meeting as presented. Carried

Be it resolved that the Council of the Municipality of Magnetawan adopts:
a)     Council minutes of special meeting of August 23, 2011
b)     Council minutes of special meeting of August 24  2011
c)     Council minutes of regular meeting of August 24, 2011
d)     Council minutes of special meeting of August 30, 2011
e)     Council minutes of special meeting of September 7, 2011. Carried

Be it resolved that the Council of the Municipality of Magnetawan adopts the Magnetawan Recreation Committee minutes of meetings held June 20, 2011 and July 20, 2011. Carried

That by-law no. 2011-35 being a by-law to assign signatories of cheques and agreements for the municipal corporation be read a first, second and third time; and

Further be it resolved that the Council of the Municipality of Magnetawan adopts by-law no. 2011-35 this 14 day of September 2011. Carried

Resolution no. 2011-292

That the attached RFP terms of reference for the Village of Magnetawan Recovery Program be accepted; and

That the RFP be advertised this month; and

Further be it resolved that the Council of the Municipality of Magnetawan file a funding application with MNDM and FedNor to assist with the cost of this program. Carried

Be it resolved that the Council of the Municipality of Magnetawan authorizes the following municipal officials to attend the District of Parry Sound Municipal Association – Fall meeting on September 30, 2011 in Callander: All of Council and Linda Saunders, Treasurer.  Carried

Be it resolved that the Council of the Municipality of Magnetawan accepts report dated September 13, 2011 regarding the Magnetawan Recovery Program from Meridian Planning Consultants Inc. Carried

Be it resolved that the Council of the Municipality of Magnetawan recognizes payment of cheques numbered 7639-7720 and approves the accounts, with the exception of cheque # 7703, in the amount of:
a)    Roads  (payroll and vouchers)             $   89,040.47   
b)    Levies                              $   45,126.50  
c)    General Government (payroll & vouchers)    $ 217,605.45
$ 351,722.42   Carried.
