Second by:  Councillor Hampson

Be it resolved that the Council of the Municipality of Magnetawan appoints Jim Dyment as Acting-Clerk for this special meeting of Council.  Carried.
•    This special meeting of Council served as a statutory public meeting under sections 17 and 34 of the Planning Act of Ontario, and to provide an overview of the proposed changes to the Official Plan and Zoning By-Law for the Municipality. Detailed minutes of public meeting are available at the Clerk’s office.
