Be it resolved that this meeting be closed to the public at 10:20 am to:

a) conduct annual performance reviews for certain department heads under section 239 (2) b & d of Municipal Act.

b) outstanding claim for legal fees under Municipal Act section 239 (2) e

c) applications for EDO position – section 239 (2) b of Municipal Act.
