Be it resolved that the agenda for this regular meeting be adopted. Carried

Be it resolved that the minutes of regular Council meeting of March 27, 2013 & special meeting

of March 26, 2013 be adopted. Carried

Be it resolved that Bylaw 2013-10 being a by-law to adopt a Public Notice Policy be read a first and second time this 10th day of April 2013; and further that the Clerk provide public notice to third reading.  Carried

Be it resolved that $100 be donated to the Almaguin Highlands Secondary School for their 2013 graduation. Carried

Be it resolved that the Council of the Municipality of Magnetawan accepts the request of the District of Parry Sound Social Services Administration Board (DPSSSAB) to use a room at the Municipal Office if/when necessary for their casework. Carried

Resolution no. 2013-101

Be it resolved that $518.40 be donated to the Almaguin Fish Improvement Association to assist towards its 2013 insurance policy premiums. Carried.

Resolution no. 2013-102

Be it resolved that the Magnetawan Recreation Committee request for a $3,500 advance, pending 2013 budget, be approved. Carried

Resolution no. 2013-103

Be it resolved that Council recognizes payment of cheques numbered 9847-9881 and approves the accounts in the amount of:

Roads - payroll and vouchers                                $  18,275.16

Levies                                                                           $   37,378.56

General Government (payroll & vouchers)       $  74,253.89

$ 129,907.61 Carried
