Be it resolved that the Council of the Municipality of Magnetawan supports the housing and commercial project proposed by RW Szwierschke Construction at 154 & 156 N Sparks Street, subject to the requirements of the attached Planning Report from MHBC dated Nov. 14, 2014; that the residential portion of the development will be at residential tax rate including the area rate for the Village; that no Development Charges are applicable; and further that a deposit of $1,000 be provided for planning advisory costs. Carried
