Be it resolved that the Mayor and the Clerk be authorized to execute the attached agreement between the Municipality of Magnetawan and the Burk’s Falls and District Food Bank for annual funding contribution of $1,300.00 from 2015 to 2018. Carried

2.  GIN-Cor Industries Inc.   $97,690.00 plus hst

And further that the lowest price proposal be accepted. Carried
