-         Councillor Crossman agenda item 12 regarding accounts payable for payment approval

Resolution no. 2015-247

Be it resolved that the agenda for this Regular Meeting of Council be adopted with following addendums:

1. Abundant Solar Energy Inc. regarding a non-rooftop solar project in the Municipality.

2. Re-activating the Magnetawan Heritage Centre Board

3. Policies/protocol for considering future energy projects

And further that item # 7.1 be removed from the agenda as requested by the Public Works Superintendent.  Carried

MHBC regarding consent application of 1895507 Ontario Inc. (Mark Langford) be accepted

including all 3  recommendations of the report; and

Further that the Central Almaguin Planning Board be advised that the Council of the

Municipality of Magnetawan has no objection to this planning application. Carried

Be it resolved that Michael A. Hardy, Solicitor be authorized to proceed with transfer title of

road portion outlined in the attached correspondence dated August 11, 2015 from Solicitor;

And further that all costs be paid by the applicant Robert Charles Gray for this portion of travelled road known as Nelson Lake Road. Carried

1.  Proposed acquisition of lands by the Municipality pursuant to section 239.2 (c) of the

2.  Advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege pursuant to section 239.2 (f) of the

Municipal Act of Ontario. Carried
