NOTICE OF COMPLETE APPLICATION
TAKE NOTICE that the Municipality of Magnetawan has received a complete application to amend Municipal Zoning By-law 2001-26. The application affects lands located on Part of Lot 84, Concession B in the geographic Township of Chapman, now in the Municipality of Magnetawan, municipally known as 9 Rose Lane, Magnetawan (see attached Key Map). The purpose of the application is to rezone the subject lands from “Shoreline Residential” (RS) Zone to “Shoreline Residential Exception” Zone (RS- 22) to permit the extension of the existing non complying single family dwelling to a maximum shoreline width of 17.09 metres.
AND PURSUANT to Section 34 (10) of the Planning Act, the application file is available for review at the Municipal Office. Please contact the Clerk to arrange to review this file.

The OPP’s Citizens Self Reporting system allows members of the public to use a computer or mobile device to report an incident without requiring an officer to attend the scene.
Citizen Self Reporting is simple and convenient and can be used when reporting incidents that do not involve injury or a suspect, or a crime that is not an emergency. The use of this new system is completely optional. Police will still attend a call for service if desired.

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Magnetawan passed By-law no. 2015-10 on the 25th day of March 2015, under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, c.P.13 as amended.
By-law 2015-10 amends Zoning By-law 2001-26 and applies to a portion of lands located in Part of Lots 27 and 28, Concession 4, RP PSR-593, REM Part 2, in the geographic Township of Chapman, now within the Municipality of Magnetawan as illustrated on the attached Key Map.
