Join Cindy Leggett Thursdays from 12:15PM to 1:15PM for Flex & Balance Fitness Class in the Magnetawan Community Centre.
The class will include…
Walking around perimeter of room, working into an easy cardio session (optional).
Muscle conditioning for major muscles of the body – standing/sitting.
Flexibility and balancing exercises throughout the class.
Final relaxation – end of class.
Modifications – chair will be used throughout class. Weights are optional.The class will be based on the active level of the adults themselves.
