HOW TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR A BUILDING PERMIT, AN-AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING PERMIT, DRAWINGS / DOCUMENTS,PAYMENT

Further to a recent inquiry regarding how to deposit plans and/or documents at the Municipal Office, you're required to place them in a box located at the side door ( across from the rink ) clearly identified for the Building Department.During business hours you are asked to telephone Administrative Assistant -( 705-387-3947 ) to inform her that you have dropped off plans and/or documents. All drawings and/or documents are required to be date stamped
when received. When the information has been date stamped by the
Administrative Assistant she will place all information in the IN-BASKET of the Building Department.
We are still receiving information by electronic method, mail, and/or courier service.
Processing of information will not proceed until the information is properly received and date stamped.
