NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL TO EXPROPRIATE LAND (FORM 1)

IN THE MATTER OF an application by The Corporation of the Municipality of Magnetawan for approval to expropriate land described as follows:

Description of Lands:

Firstly: PART LOT 11, W/S NORTH SPARKS ST., PLAN 319 AS IN RO204165, EXCEPT THE EASEMENT THEREIN; AND PART LOT 11 W/S NORTH SPARKS ST., BEING PART 1, 42R3764; MUNICIPALITY OF MAGNETAWAN being all of PIN 52081-0930;

Secondly: PART LOT 11 & 12 W/S OF NORTH SPARKS ST PL 319, PART 1, 42R9635 EXCEPT PART LOT 11 W/S OF NORTH SPARKS ST PART 1, 42R3764; MUNICIPALITY OF MAGNETAWAN being all of PIN 52081-0928.

TAKE NOTICE that application has been made for approval to expropriate the above-described land for the purposes of construction, maintenance and operation of public washrooms and public park, and related appurtenances.

Any owner of the lands who wishes to request a hearing in respect of this application must deliver to the approving authority, within 30 days after service of this notice, a written request for a hearing:

- Setting out the name and address of the person requesting the hearing,

- The nature of the objection, and

- The grounds in support of the objection.
