Municipality of Magnetawan Commitment
The Municipality of Magnetawan strives to provide excellent services to the public and to continuously improve Municipal operations and service standards. This policy ensures that all complaints will be investigated in a fair manner and allows the Municipality to address program and service delivery concerns promptly.
Public Engagement and Complaint Resolution
We encourage all community members to discuss any concerns directly with Municipal departments or staff. If an issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, please consult our By-law 2024-37 Complaints Policy.
What is a Complaint?
A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction related to a Municipal program, service, facility, or staff member, where a member of the public believes that the Municipality has not provided an adequate service experience to the customer's satisfaction at the point of service delivery, where a response or resolution is expected.
Process of Filing a Complaint
If a frontline solution is not achieved, you are invited to fill out the complaint form. This form must be completed in full. It can be submitted to the CAO/Clerk at clerk@magnetawan.com, or if you prefer, mailed to the Municipal Office.
