 Hen & Finch Maple Co. is based on a 30-acre maple farm in the Almaguin Highlands, owned and operated by first-generation maple farmers, Zac and Amy Kvas. With backgrounds in mixology, winemaking, and food production, they aspire to make maple syrup a staple ingredient in Canadian kitchens.
